Right of Withdrawal

 

 

7.1

 

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without providing any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products purchased on www.xprofishing.com.

 

 

7.2

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may send an email to info@xprofishing.com or contact us by phone at +39 0833 625 820.

 

If you choose to submit any other form of withdrawal declaration, you will bear the burden of proving that the withdrawal was exercised correctly and within the required timeframe.

 

 

7.3

 

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must return the products within fourteen (14) days from the date you notified the Seller of your decision.

 

 

7.4

 

The only costs you will be responsible for are those related to returning the purchased products.

 

 

7.5

 

The right of withdrawal shall be considered properly exercised, in addition to compliance with the terms set out in Sections 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4, if the following conditions are also fully met:

 

• your withdrawal request (via email or other explicit declaration) is properly completed and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products;

• the products have not been used;

• the returned products are handed over to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from the communication of withdrawal;

• the products are not damaged.

 

 

7.8

 

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedures and deadlines indicated above, the Seller will refund any amounts already paid for the purchase of the products.

 

 

7.9

 

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date the Seller becomes aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, after verifying compliance with the terms and conditions set out above.

 

 

7.10

 

If the conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal are not met, you will not be entitled to a refund. Within 14 days from receiving the email notifying you of the rejection of the return, you may request, at your own expense, the return of the products in the condition in which they were received by the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain both the products and the amounts already paid.

 

If the conditions set out in Section 7.5 are not fully met, you will not be entitled to a full refund. You will be responsible for any decrease in value of the returned products resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such cases, a deduction ranging from 10% to 90% of the purchase price may be applied, as communicated to you by email.

 

Within 14 days of receiving the email indicating the deducted amount, you may request, at your own expense, the return of the products in their current condition. Otherwise, the Seller may retain both the products and the deducted amount.

 

 

8. Refund Terms and Procedures

 

 

8.1

 

After receiving the returned products, the Seller will verify their compliance with the conditions outlined in Section 7. If the verification is successful, the Seller will send you an email confirming acceptance of the return. If the verification is unsuccessful, you will be notified by email of any decrease in value due to non-compliance, along with the amount to be deducted from your refund. You will also have the option to have the products returned to you at your own expense, as described in Section 7.10.

 

 

8.2

 

Regardless of the payment method used, the refund (full or partial) will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date the Seller becomes aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, subject to verification of compliance and of the returned products.

 

 

8.3

 

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller, provided that no additional costs are incurred by you. If the recipient of the order differs from the person who made the payment, the refund will be issued to the party who made the payment.
